BEE IS FOR BIODIVERSITY

Save Bees in Niagara
Support Biodiversity Learning

Beekeeping is disappearing even faster than the bees themselves.  Niagara, once a haven for pollinators, has lost over 20,000 hives in just four years.  Through our Host A Hive initiative, the Niagara Bee Group is placing hives across the region, gathering vital environmental data, and training the next generation of beekeepers.  One of those leaders is Jolenè Drouin, a single mother, naturalist, and passionate educator, who brings hands-on learning about bees, biodiversity, and environmental health to schools and community events. We're raising $15,000 by Labour Day to help Jolenè continue this vital work.  Your support helps protect pollinators and our planet.  Thank you!
