THE PERILS OF WAINFLEET : WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO BRING

There are many photo opportunities on mowed areas near the main building. However, if you plan to walk the property, through fields and woodlots and near ponds, you should wear long pants, long sleeves and sturdy footwear – rubber boots are best.  Also, mosquito repellant and/ or insect veils if you are going into the woods.  The property has areas of poison ivy and there is an active apiary on site (that means honey bees!).  Bring your own water and snacks. A lawn chair.  Wear a hat.
